Removing Authorized Sites
If you no longer need an administrative setting (such as an Acquisition Type, Cataloging Status, Resource Type, etc.), you can remove it. Removing administrative settings prevents those settings from being applied to additional resources.
|
You cannot remove administrative settings if they are currently associated with a resource. The system will alert you if the setting you are trying to remove is currently in use. |
To remove an administrative setting
- From Admin page, select the tab that contains the setting you want to remove. For example, if you want to remove a Cataloging Status, select the Cataloging Status tab.
- Find the individual setting that you want to remove, then click Remove (
).
-
When prompted, click Ok to remove the setting. If you do not want to remove the setting, click Cancel.
Note: The system will alert you if the setting you are trying to remove is currently in use.
